DURING UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE MATCHDAY 5

LOS ANGELES, CA – Fox Soccer Channel continues its live UEFA Champions League Group Stage coverage with Matchday 5, featuring a double-dose of rematches between Italian and French powerhouses.

The world’s most prestigious club soccer competition resumes Tuesday, Nov. 24 on Fox Soccer Channel with the live 30-minute UEFA Champions League Pregame at 2 p.m. ET, simulcast on FSN.  Following a breakdown of all the day’s up-coming action from host Max Bretos and analysts Warren Barton and Bobby McMahon,  ACF Fiorentina hosts Olympique Lyonnais in a battle for the top spot in Group E, live at 2:45 p.m. ET. Thanks in part to a 1-0 September shutout of Fiorentina, Lyon has secured advancement into the knockout stage of the competition, while the Italian side needs a Matchday 5 victory to guarantee their place in the next round.

On Wednesday, Nov. 25, AC Milan hosts Olympique de Marseille in a rematch that will advance the winner to the knockout stage.  In September, AC Milan opened the tournament with a key 2-1 road win in Marseille.  This telecast will also begin with UEFA Champions League Pregame at 2 p.m. ET.
