As you will no doubt be aware, Tamworth FC have been drawn away to either Eastwood Town (currently 3rd in the Blue Square North) or Ilkeston Town (8th in the BSN) in the Fourth Round of the FA Cup, with the game to be played on Saturday, October 24 and no matter who Gary Mills' side travel to play there will undoubtedly be memories or connections brought up between the two clubs.
Promotion winning, inspirational captain Martin Foster left Tamworth in the summer to join high flying Eastwood, while Gary Ricketts turned out for The Lambs in their promotion run in, but is now plying his trade at Ilkeston.
The Lambs have only visited Eastwood Town once (pre-season) but many many memorable games have taken place at The New Manor Ground, Ilkeston over the seasons so it looks to be setting up for an exciting tie no matter what the outcome of Tuesday night's replay.
You can find out details of previous encounters (from a TFC perspective) on www.tamworthfcheritage.co.uk.
A supporters coach to either venue has already been organised, with a return fare of just £5 per person.
